Black dress, lace up bodice

Black sleeveless dress with lace up bodice and rivets on torso and waist and buckles on shoulder straps. the only odd thing is that the shoulder straps do not loop thru the buckles and come back on the outside. see photo. this was bought on line and never worn, brand new.
