2 ladies high waisted skirts with an invisible zip on the side and is a 3/4 length. Rouch appearance at the top of the skirt. The rest is free flowing so it looks super pretty when you spin. very much a country/field feel to them. they may say different sizes but both fit like a size 12. great in summer or winter.
