Black tuxedo collar gown

Gorgeous EUC vintage 90s gown. Black tuxedo collar dress, chiffon type fabric over satin lining. Fabric has a subtle sheen to it. Black sash can be tied at waist or could be used as a small wrap. Two belt loops on sides for holding sash in place. Just dry cleaned. De Laru by Joseph Lara. Tag says 7/8. Measurements are approximate: bust 17”, waist 13 1/2, skirt length from waist down 32”. Fabric has no stretch. There may be a few very minor picks in the skirt fabric, but dress is really in excellent condition. Make me an offer!
