PM damaged this bag at authentication by folding it in 4 and sending it to the buyer!! PM blamed me as seen above for leaving it out of description. MY BAG WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION AS SEEN IN MY SALE PHOTO IN MY CLOSET. PM withheld the FOLDED photos that the buyer sent them, from me. They were DECEPTIVE and RECKLESS with my bag!!! I fought with them for weeks and they ignored me!!!! I reported them to every state and federal agency. I was FINALLY PAID by PM after much IGNORING of my case!!!!!

lmlepore1 @lm3234 thank you! I am so frustrated! PM is ignoring me!!! The original photo is in my closet, marked sold. I put the bag in a giant box with bubble wrap to PM authentication and PM sent it on to the buyer folded in 4 , in a small box!!!! They creased he leather and perm damaged he bag.

lm3234 @lmlepore1 That is crazy. It definitely is Poshmark a fault! I'll do what I can to help. I recently bought a 1000$ bag and it was shipped directly to me from the seller, no authentication, and it's now lost!!!!!

lmlepore1 @lm3234 OMG! PM is definitely changing for the worse!!!! They do not care, they do not respond and I also have earrings sent to a buyer 1 month ago lost in PM mail and NO response again from PM. I have reported them to every government federal and local agency. Sorry to hear about your bag!!!!!

lm3234 @logical2 That's a hard choice. Do you pay a lawyer for the justice or save what you have? I'm sure it will cost more than what you have lost. I'd email Poshmark every single day. 3 times a day until I get an answer!

lmlepore1 @lm3234 yes! I have reported them to every state and federal agency. It makes me angry because they deceptively never showed me the photos the buyer sent them. PM knew I would see how they folded the bag into a small box.

logical2 @lm3234 My husband is a lawyer in Texas. Sometimes all it takes is a stern letter from an attorney to get their attention. I don’t know if that would work with PM because the are a big company. You never know. I feel so bad for you. What they are doing to you is just not right! Not sure what the laws are in your state. PM still never paid me for the sale. It has been almost 1 month and the earrings are lost in transit, I am out the money

lmlepore1 @logical2 thank you! PM I’ll not take a phone call ever, they remain hidden. They do not respond to my emails in a timely manner and when they do respond , the response is as if they never looked at my photos or even read any emails. I have reported them to every state and federal agency . Once this is resolved, I am OUT of PM. It is too bad because I enjoyed it and sold a lot and purchased a lot.

lmlepore1 @demilehr2 I have not sold local. But I live near the Washington DC area and there are a lot of places that will buy designer bags and sell them in stores. Also, there are high-end designer consignment stores local in that area that you can leave your bag out and I would feel better. Or I may sell at the real real.

The lady that’s husband is a lawyer might be worth checking into and see what he thinks you should do. Maybe he could give you a quick (over the phone and possibly free🤞😆) consultation on what he thinks you could do.
