mindyhats @tropicaltigger the breast of this size 14 stunning gown is 18 1/2 inches; i tried to measure it as best as possible The waist is 16 1/2 inches & length of entire gown is 50 inches. Thanks for asking

mindyhats @oceansoul26 Thanks for asking- the cascading layers are between 491/2 - 50 inches from the chest down( obviously covering the breasts.) There are the shoulder straps that are 7 inches separate from the gown. Jovani navy gown comes with a lovely wrap with 3 1/2 inch beading on the edge. It is size 14 & really a stunner & elegantly decorative. . I hope that helps. Mindyhats18
