petuniaperfect1 @jagger315 Hi! Thank you for your question! I took some additional photos that may help. The piece in the front of 1st photo goes around the handle. The rectangle piece against wall is in seat and back of cart. The part that loops though goes around child like a seat belt you see in a grocery cart. It uses velcro to fasten in places.
