Banana Republic wool trousers charcoal gray and black size 4

Banana Republic trousers pants, charcoal gray/black with spots of black and blue throughout. I tried to capture this in the photos. These are "short style pants" but not quite Capri's. There is an extra crease on the leg part which I just can't seem to get out all the way. The seam near the tag is coming loose a little.
