This dress is in a wrap style but it is a faux wrap. There are no ties or openings at the waist. Light and airy material, 100% Rayon. Red background with light blue and yellow floral and filagree designs throughout. The short sleeves have a cute gathered look from mid-sleeve to the cuff. Dress length is midi.
