M. Saylor Watercolor Beach Framed Art Beach scene with the ocean and umbrella. Watercolor by M. Saylor. Framed in a silver metal frame, matted and ready to hang. Unsure if it is an original or a print inside. I haven't opened the frame. I do not see any signatures or anything on the piece. There is a couple small scratches on the metal frame. I have not taken the art work out of the frame so unsure the condition but its an excellent framing job so I am under the assumption, the art is also in good condition however unsure. The frame measure 8.25" X 8.25".
