Fits in snug with a rubber gasket. Battery is not included. Takes one AA battery. Green felt paper on bottom to protect surfaces. 9 inches long, 3 inches wide, 5 inches high. Good condition, no chips or cracks. Gold leaf good. In original box, and has direction sheet with it. Great with any decor style.
