This is a vintage 80’s City Sites long sleeved crushed velvet mini dress in what looks like a size S-M (size tag is missing) it has very small shoulder pads and is in a beautiful navy blue color that looks like the nights sky. The perfect witchy dress. It has a little wear due to age on the cuffs of the sleeves video provided.
