This piece is a West Germany Bay vase marked and numbered 79 17. measures 6 3/4" x 5" at the top bottom is 4" each side. West Germany pieces arr getting harder to come by. This vase has a heavy glazing which has tons of texture in brown and mocha with a Siena caramel tone along with the white. I am pretty sure this is a fat lava glaze.I love the flames along the bottom and the unusual handles at the top.It has one nip as shown in the last photo.
