Free People Hop To It leggings. Super soft with cool contrast ribbed panels. The product page from their website says “full length” (which are the ones I bought) but they only have a 22” inseam, so they’re really more like ankle length. EUC, size XS, but they also have a lot of stretch. The waistband is wide - I have a 25” waist and found it a tiny bit loose around the waist.
