evolsiniap12 @tracie09m I see what you mean but the lighting in my pictures is a bit darker. The case is closer to the translucent side so if you have a darker colored macbook exterior it may look darker rather than silver would be lighter. The top cover is pictured with the bottom piece under it which also adds to it looking darker. Its definitely not as "dark" as my photos make it look
