Cynthia Rowley sweater skirt, beautiful black pattern on white background, thick fabric, great with leggings and boots. Stretch waist pull on measures 16 inches but stretches another 2 or 3 inches. Measures waist to hem 22 inches. Only wore a couple of times, excellent condition.
