Super Comfortable Navy Rafaela Dress

This dress has been worn twice. It is short sleeves. The end of the sleeves have a design as shown in the picture. It has a tie at the waist, but does not go all the way around. It has a small oval cut out at the neck. Shoulder to shoulder: 19 Inches, front dip to waist: 15 inches, front dip to bottom: 37 1/2 inches, back top to bottom: 42 inches, waist to bottom: 23 inches, pit to pit: 24 inches.-
