Excellent condition vintage Express skirt. Waist is 13.5” across zip and button closure and length is just shy of 18” long. Colors are unique and vibrant in chartreuse green, eggplant purple and dark royal blue. Tag is labeled 7/8 but please check measurements as this fits like a small/size 4.
