This appears to be a dress, but not labeled as such? If it’s the dress as pictured, I am interested, but could you measure the waist flat across?

@cookingwithjake hi there I suppose it could be worn as a dress but I bought it for a boho look for a shirt and shorts but never wore it. I can take the measurements first thing in the morning.
