emilyyyproulx @suzienelson249 Hi! These leggings are 42” in length when laid flat and 19” across at the hip when laid flat. They are high rise so would sit right above the belly button. Unfortunately the tag has been removed with material content but on their website the similar very soft leggings are listed as being 85% polyester and 15% spandex. As for the stretch I can’t give you an accurate measurement for how much but based on the material I would say a few extra inches. Hope this helps!
