Joan Rivers watch multicolor cuff

Beautiful elegant watch cuff, with mother of pearls display , in working condition. New battery. the cuff measured Aprox 7”. The red color runs on the white plates on the cuff. Please see the pictures. As I remember it was always like that, so it might be from manufacture
