This is an Ann Taylor Loft Black Waffle Knit Tunic Sweater. This sweater is so soft and comfy you will think you are wearing flannel pajamas all day. While it will keep you toasty warm it isn't heavy weight. The length is perfect with a great pair of leggings. Drop shoulders. Flattering fit because it has a roomy cut to it without the bulk. Side slits at the hem for even more room. Has some spandex in it so at end of the day it will still be holding its' shape. Waffle knit gives it some great texture (see 2nd picture). You could easily wear something under this without adding bulk. It can be casual or add a necklace as shown in the picture and dress it up a notch.
