Brand new without the tag. I bought this but it was too snug around my arms and lost the tag. It still has the size tag on the front of the shirt. Super cute women's pink and black plaid long sleeve button up top. It also has buttons on the sleeve to roll up the sleeves and keep them up. Size XL
