Sparkly Blue Hoop Studd Statement Earrings

Unique sparkling blue statement earrings. Super cute stones are either a plastic or resin, hard to tell for sure, but they sparkle in light & shade lol. They're set amongst good metalwork, that peeks out between each stone like little polkadots. The metal is not silver, but it's strong and thick, is tarnish resident & has a pattern on the back.
