They are located at the fold near the bottom, they are not pulls. This dress is spectacular! It is well made and unique. I am a solid size 8 and found it a little too small for me (as you can see in the picture). I think a US size 6 could wear with no problem. Color blocking on the front creates the perfect hourglass.
