What is the shoulder measurement from seam to seam and is it stretchy at all? I have huge shoulders and would like to be able to use my arms 😂. And how long is it? Does it hit above or below the waist?

@elfieinblack I’m so sorry I’ve been on vacation and won’t be back until the 4th, I can do the measurements when I get home if you’re still interested. I’m 5’3 and it went down to my hips it’s not like a “cropped” jacket !
