Zara Woman Sandals Pom-Poms Fun Suede (?) Unique

This is a pair of Zara Woman black, suede(?) sandals. They have one strap across the toe and an ankle strap that slips on and has a bit of elastic in the back of the strap. Best of all are the pom-poms hanging from the ankle strap. They have a curved, block heel that is 2.5". I think they are suede, but they do not say. They are just adorable!
