Halston Heritage Emerald Halter Tulip Hem Gown

Beautiful ball gown! I’m 5’ 4” and i have 3.5” heels on but I think it could fit anyone 5’2- 5’8” depending on your shoes! I have a 26” waist and 33 bust. I’m 125 pounds. The alterations cost $200+ because i kept the horsehair at the hem.I also added cups with slight padding so no need to wear a bra. this is a great deal! Perfect for a black tie event!
