Forever 21 High Waist Gray pencil skirt. Bow front detail and pleating at waist. Zippered back with top clasp. Slit up back of skirt. Worn many times for office job but looks like new. Excellent condition, no stains or tears. Measurements laying flat: 12 in across waist. 16 in across widest part of hips. 23 in from top of waist to hem. Zipper comes down 6.5 in from top. Slit is 7.5 in up back from hem.
