dianabana @live4enjoylife .... I live in Rockwood Ontario Canada Postal Code is N0B 2K0. I was thinking that if you are near a border that it may cost less expensive to send from a Canadian Post Office. I think it may be quite expensive to ship. Thank you so much for thinking about this. I love the sweaters.

live4enjoylife @dianabana I agree. I asked a Posh Ambassador but she had never shipped to Canada but she seemed to think the shipping label would print with the correct amount. I’m not so sure about that. I have a couple packages to mail today so I will see if they can run your address to see if they can figure out based on Posh shipping.

live4enjoylife @dianabana Hi there. Sorry, I haven’t had a chance to reach out to Posh to ask. Is that who you communicated with regarding the shipping? I see it does say reserved in my end. I tried to place a hold on and couldn’t figure out how to do it. I’m still trying to learn all the ins and outs, even though I signed up in April I really haven’t been able to dedicate time to it until Nov. Do you know how to put something on “hold”?

Cross-border shipping isn't available to our users at this time, but we hope to launch this feature very soon! In the meantime, buyers in the US, Canada, Australia, and India can only purchase items from within their own country, or if they use a shipping address in the country that they’re shopping in. dianabana @live4enjoylife ... I thought about sending them to my cousin in Buffalo but due to Covid my husband says getting across the border wouldn’t be easy and it would be an all day trip. Wondering if USPS would be less expensive? I don’t mind paying if it’s not too much.

live4enjoylife @dianabana I will check with UPS to see what their rates would be but I’m not sure how we would do the transaction. I looked at some of our Apps that are available to send money, but none of the ones that I am aware of, work between our two countries. I mean, we are neighbors, they shouldn’t make it so difficult on us. 🤗 If it’s shipped to your cousin in Buffalo, would it be easy enough for them to go to the boarder to ship it to you?

live4enjoylife @dianabana I spoke with UPS and he said they don’t have a way for the receiver to pay that I would have to pay for it and he said he wouldn’t know the exact amount without filling out the paperwork and having the package. He did give his best estimate that it would be $40 to $70.

dianabana @live4enjoylife ... I wouldn't want you to do that. Maybe I can think of another way... or maybe Postmark will come up with something. I wrote to them again because they did say they are working on it. I suggested to my husband that we go for a drive to Ohio and he just laughed. He said it would cost less to send it through the post office.
