Vintage Vogue Sewing Pattern 8343, Misses Housecoat, 30" Bust, Rare

Circa 1956 Vogue misses "Easy to Make" housecoat pattern - Vogue 8343. This design could double as a day dress as well. Flared skirt in two lengths with pockets in side seams, joins the bodice at waist-line. Wide reverse, collarless neck-line. Two-button closing at waist-line. Three-quarter length sleeves and short sleeves, both with cuffs. Suggested Fabrics: Crepe, Moire, Swiss Dotted, Challis, Chambray, Seersucker etc. Marked Size 12 Bust: 30" Waist: 25" Hip: 33" Fits Like: Contemporary XXS-XS/US Misses 00-0 Un-printed pattern - typical of the era, all pieces and instructions are present and in excellent vintage condition. Pattern skirt pieces were folded up and pinned to make the shorter version of the housecoat, un-pin for longer version if desired. Envelope is in very good vintage condition for a 66 year old pattern, some tearing and edge wear. Please use measurements as a guide for best modern fit.
