Dark Blue and Silver Gown

This dress is all about the bling bling! The top is filled with beautiful jewels and sequin (note: some jewels are loose/out of place). The bottom of the dress is a light chiffon fabric that slims down (note: some places have very little tears in the chiffon fabric)
