Very Pretty and Flattering Peplum Blouse with Lace Waistband. Size Large OR Medium Pit to Pit measures 20" Front Collar to Hem measures 22" Waist Measures 17" across the Front Lace I bought this but never wore it. The waist was a tad too small for me, and now it's just too tight. I have included the waistband's measurements above. It would be a 34" waist. The blouse has some stretch. But nobody wants to look stuffed into it. Sleeves are a 3/4 wider sleeve with an elbow slit. Beautiful blouse. Looks fabulous when worn. (There are no spots on this blouse. Just reflections from camera glare on the fabrics sheen).
