Does have some stains all not noticeable foundation stains inside the dress and way bottom has a couple also a dry cleaning might just get rid of them I haven’t had time to take itin the measurements are not roughly I got 36 bust I measured all around the bust area … 32 w I went around following the beads on hips area… 38 L skirt portion starting at beads on hip down… 14.5 L top portion from beads to top… I tried to capture everything but if u have something I missed feel free to let me know and I can update 😊
