mommabear_17797 @boz_craig I had a reseller offer $50, when in her closet had about 5 Orlandi. bags listed for $130-$350.. I understand reselling is the name of the game, but it’s just really annoying how greedy some are, cutting into others profits for their gain.

boz_craig @mommabear_17797 $50 is what I was going to offer.What is a lowball offer?I don't know maybe you should up your price to allow for more offers.I usually assume there is a markup due to the offer format of poshmark.I generally expect to pay 2/3 to 4/5 of the listed price but haven't bought much.I imagine if the lowballing reseller is listing at those prices she was accepting what you consider lowball offers or sits on her inventory w/o selling anything.

boz_craig @mommabear_17797 WHAT IS A LOWBALL OFFER? good idea to up the price but I don't think it is legal to use someone else's photos in your listing. I wouldn't like people doing that with my online photos. I hope you got his/hers/their's permission.Probably not the same bag as yours as it over $100 cheaper than yours. I also look at sold items to determine what price to offer but would never use someone else's photo to defend my offer--maybe a link to it instead wouldn't violate copyright laws.

mommabear_17797 @boz_craig I always state photo is for reference only. It is the same bag. I do not believe people always put correct/accurate original prices in the listing. I will remove it but I have used photos for REFERENCE only, I do not claim them to be my product and no issues. Low ball to me is asking for 30-50% off listing price especially when people know/should know what the value is.

mommabear_17797 @boz_craig To me, an appropriate offer is 10-15% off. Especially when I list items fir very fair prices in the first place. If you read my reviews you will see most are pleasantly surprised and happy with their products. Wow, what a good/fair price. Product in very nice condition, etc.

boz_craig @mommabear_17797 You need to use stock photos for reference purposes was my understanding as the manufacturer provides them to retailers to promote their sales. I am not sure by selling on poshmark you give up copyright protection as you assume. Anyway good luck. I am sure someone will buy it as it is a nice bag. I own a large travel duffel bag by them I bought years ago at TJMaxx. looking for a backpack/carry on style bag by them.
