@emmie09 yes it would say it’s true to size. The waist band is elastic and has a good stretch to it. I am at work right now, but I can post measurements once I get home.

@emmie09 waist is 11”, if I pull the fabric all the way out at the waist band it stretches to 18”
Pit to pit is 15”
Length is 52.5”
All these measurements are with the garment laying flat
