This is a beautiful short sleeve blouse by A Personal Touch. The color combination of purples and blues are lovely. The size tag is worn so I measured armpit to armpit and it was 32" straight across so I would put the top in the 4X-5X size. Length - 33" Because the tag is worn my guess would be that the top is 100% polyester.
