10 inches wide and 7 inches tall. It has a bit of wiggle room for opening it wide, but about a three inch opening (give or take - see pictures for opening). Never been used! Still have the protective wrapping on the attachable strap. It’s a firm material so the purse won’t lose its structure. There are so scratches on the sides of the gold clasp (see pictures).
