Black velvet with rhinestone polka dots heels by Kate Spade. TTS but they are narrow. There’s few rhinestones missing on the heel but not noticeable when wearing (see pictures). Heels is 4in. Very comfortable and elegant.. they come with non-slid pads on the bottom.. worn many times, still in good condition..
