Blister Pearls in original shell set in silver

I purchased this in Italy mainly because I am crazy for blister pearls. This pendant is almost 4 inches tall and 2 2/2 inches wide with 6 pearls popping out. The tube holding the neckpiece and the mounting is marked 925. The neckpiece is marked with something I cannot make out even with loupe. (I originally thought it was a sloppy 925 but now not so sure). This pendant looks great with different chains and even with crystals if you talented people figure out how to attach. Quite the statement piece.
