Forever 21 versatile high waist pleated mini. Stretchy Cotton/spandex blend. Fabric tag is missing. XS but fits as small on me. I am 5’1” 110lbs for reference. Side zipper. Closure of hook & eye missing but you cannot tell and not really needed. Would look cute with crop top & denim jacket for spring. I am modeling with body suit. Vibrant color!!
