These are rare and beautiful hand wrought sleeping beauty turquoise stones set in sterling silver clip-on earrings by Sensa Eustace, Zuni. The natural turquoise is from the Sleeping Beauty Mine and is considered by some to be the perfect turquoise blue as it has little to no matrix. It was made by nature and has not been treated in any way. Increased regulation and mining costs led to the mines closure in 2012. The value of the turquoise has steadily increased. These beauties are vintage to the 80s. The earrings are in good vintage condition with light wear. The finish has a small discoloration on one earring.
