This coat is in great condition. I envision it being worn by someone in the midwest or northeast. It's very heavy genuine leather with a quilted nylon and flannel lining. It's a longer parka length with an open hem and full zip front. The chest is 50", the bottom hem is 54", and the length is 31". Generously sized for layering. There is a small flaw at the back left shoulder, but it's noticeable only if you're looking at it closely.
