Lucky Brand “Ryan” floral print midi dress!

Long sleeve, open scoop neck with velvet tie detail. All over dainty floral print, ties at waist and is slightly longer in back for a fun flirty silhouette. This dress was gently worn in great condition. No rips or tears. There is slight discoloration at waist tie but that is a manufacturer issue as all dresses in shop had the same. Only noticeable up close
