Express Fun and Flirty Black Fringe Dress

Fun and flirty mini from Express in layers of black fringe in a slip-on tube style with detachable straps that are attached together with the tag. The inner slip is nice and silky next to your skin and I took a pic of the inside of it to show how the layers of fringe are sewn on. And since those layers are sewn on in this fashion the body of the dress itself offers no stretch even though the body has a bit of spandex in it. Lying flat it measures 14 inches at the top where there is elastic so stretch is very much present there for a bit of an adjustable fit at the bust and 25 inches top to bottom. Is dry clean only but a super fun piece to get your swagger on!
