Scarlett Fashion Brand Vintage blouse mustard color size XL

This is a quality vintage blouse with double row of buttons and pleats. It is a mustard Color with Color coordinated buttons and is lightweight. It feels soft and is very comfortable on. As with vintage there can be some marks etc. This blouse as far as I can see has only a few marks on the inside of a sleeve and shouldn’t be seen when on.
