Kasper Blazer that is 100% polyester and 100% acetate lining. Black satin stitching with hand beading. Each button is also beaded. The beading extends to each sleeve with open slits of approximatey 4.25" at the bottom of each sleeve. The fabric is almost shiny and is an elegant staple piece for an evening out. I was planning to wear it with a long black velvet skirt. It has been stored covered with plastic for several years in my closet. NWOT
