DOCTOR WHO black & white Tardis lined flared Mini Skirt size SMALL Her Universe. Fully lined, measures 18" from top of waistband to hem. One stain and has indentions where the hanger clasp had been, small snag (hard to photograph) I have close ups of the flaws listed here, stretchy and fully lined!

Has it been washed and dried with the stain on it?

@katybkarns I have not laundered it in an attempt to take the stains out. I was thinking that a baking soda paste or oxiclean would probably work but I have not tried.
