Forever 21 Shero Lace-Up Collared Dress

This is a dress from Forever 21 from the brand Shero. It says brown on the tag but the color is reddish, most similar to that of brick. It buttons up in the front and the waist laces up. I am 5ft, 90lbs and small-chested. The top part was not flattering on me and length-wise it goes to my knees. Size S, NWT.
