ghound23 @lambvvvkkqyg Hello this dress has no rips or tears. Their are two modifications that have been made. There are Velcro strips in the front of the garment at the flap so if a wind blows not too much leg is exposed and also a Velcro in Dickie so that it is not too low cut at the bust. All Velcro was sewn in and could be removable. I will send the pictures of the Velcro to the email address provided.
