Express short shiny dress-puffy sleeves

Such a fun piece—- its shiny textured, warm rich colors. Long sleeves, with a puff at top. Fitted waist and wrapped skirt front. I ordered online and the medium is too big and I have no strength to exchange at mall. Lol I’m typically a medium (4/6) and this is too big. Hope that helps.
